Good parking space, room was neat and tidy. Beds were comfortable. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. Overall the areas were maintained very well. Definitely recommend for a business and family trips.
Excellent stay, very good clean and tidy room, first class breakfast choice of quality items and first class service generally. Friendly and efficient staff.
Have stayed many times before and this hotel is our first choice when staying in this area.
Decorated to the highest standards, the room was lovely. All staff were helpful and friendly. Overall I thought it was fantastic. I would definitely stay again.
The staff were very friendly. It's very conveniently situated just off a main road, 5 minutes from the motorway junction.
I'd recommend.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality.
The accommodations were perfect for our family, with ample space for Luna (our dog) to relax and plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained. The staff's genuine love for dogs shone through, seeing them play together was an absolute joy and added an extra layer of charm to our stay.
Stayed for two nights as a base to explore the Cotswolds and Bristol (only 30 minutes away). We were given a newly renovated room which would have put many 4 star hotels to shame - spacious, well decorated and all the mod cons you could want. Friendly service, easy EV charging and a fantastic buffet breakfast (only downside, no black pudding!). Highly recommended as a base for exploring the area.
Very enjoyable overnight stay to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary. Pleasant room, friendly and efficient staff and excellent breakfast.
