From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality.
The accommodations were perfect for our family, with ample space for Luna (our dog) to relax and plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained. The staff's genuine love for dogs shone through, seeing them play together was an absolute joy and added an extra layer of charm to our stay.

Stayed for two nights as a base to explore the Cotswolds and Bristol (only 30 minutes away). We were given a newly renovated room which would have put many 4 star hotels to shame - spacious, well decorated and all the mod cons you could want. Friendly service, easy EV charging and a fantastic buffet breakfast (only downside, no black pudding!). Highly recommended as a base for exploring the area.

Very enjoyable overnight stay to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary. Pleasant room, friendly and efficient staff and excellent breakfast.

Went to a rum and reggae night here recently ,and we stayed over as well. Lovely venue, a good night of entertainment and staff, and full breakfast for the morning. What more can I say than looking forward to the next event and staying here.

We attended the Christmas Party Retro Night for 10 ladies, as part of my mum's special birthday celebration, with 2 rooms booked for an overnight stay.
We all had a great time. The Gables was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The DJ/music spot-on, really impressed.

Great hotel. Really nice inside, staff very friendly. Bar and restaurant were lovely and cosy. Very modern inside. Will def stay again. Only half an hour outside Bath and easy to find, just off the motorway.

Booked here for 1 night as a stop over to Cornwall,, Easy to find of the M5. Standard King room was perfect.. comfy bed, clean, everything you need for a quick stop.. restaurant is a Marco's with a good choice on the menu and not overpriced..
Buffet breakfast was outstanding with a good choice of everything..
Definitely stay again.

Had a one night stop over on the way to Cornwall comfortable room and lovely breakfast most of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ben who was a new member of staff, it was only his second shift there but it was as though he had worked there for years hope to see him when we return next year Mark and Elaine.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are all friendly courteous and extremely helpful. The breakfast is good quality food and plenty of choice of hot or cold food. I would say that the cost is a fair price.
